Tomato Pulp

Possibly the most common vegetable in the world, they come in many shapes, colors  and varieties like Rupali, Rashmi & Namdari. Applications of Paste: Tomato paste is obtained by concentrating pure tomato juice after the seeds and skin have been removed out of sound, ripe tomato. The juice is passed through a 0.7 mm sieve and concentrated by evaporation of water from juice under vacuum. This ensures that the original color, flavor and nutritive value is retained.
